This two storey spacious apartment is the ideal beach side location for you to enjoy everything Cottesloe has to offer. With the open plan living provides the opportunity to take advantage of the breathtaking views. The kitchen, main living and entertaining area is all upstairs where you can take in the stunning ocean views whilst cooking up a storm on the family sized barbecue.

This apartment has 1 short flight approx 12 steps if accessing via the rear laneway (carpark entrance). Once inside the apartment, there is one flight of stairs. Access from the front of the complex, off Marine Parade, involves a 3 flights of stairs.
Things to do:
Join the morning swimmers, the evening kite surfers or runners along the beach side promenade - north to Swanbourne or south to Cottesloe Beach.
Enjoy your time in Cottesloe, either body, boarding surfing, snorkelling or simply relax under a shady tree with a good book.
You may wish to visit Rottnest Island with the small marsupial quokkas and pristine beaches; to which a fast ferry either from Fremantle B shed or North-port will get you there in 30 minutes. Ferries also leave from Perth- Barrack Street Jetty, giving you a beautiful cruise down the Swan River. Take in the views of Perth city skyline, Kings Park and the picturesque river front houses of Mosman Park and Peppermint Grove.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of this apartment, including the balcony. Any evidence of smoking or residual smoke smell upon departure will result in fines being imposed.
-Parties and gatherings are not allowed.
-Please respect our neighbours and keep noise levels down.
-No pets are allowed in the property.
-Please take care of the apartment as if it were your own and ensure that all facilities are kept in good order.
-Respect the privacy of other residents in the complex.

A pre-authorization of $500 is held on guests card 1 day prior to arrival and voided on 1 days after departure. (funds can take up to 7 business days to appear in account)

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 20 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.
